A great trip overall with the Hilux and Trayon the perfect combo for the Gibb and the Bungles. 4 rather than 5 stars as we had minor warning light issues on the Hilux (although it performed brilliantly despite the warnings) and some more major issues with closing the Trayon from Day 2 of 11 onwards. Despite that, Brendan picked up the phone when I called from the Gibb, immediately offered a practical and easy solution on how to close it externally and we motored on from there. Great communication, much more competitively priced compared to Apollo so would recommend this company if this is an area of Australia you are keen to see...and you should be!!!

We had a fantastic holiday in part due to the quality and care that goes into look after us and providing a 4WD and Camper that more than makes life easy when away from the world. We had a fantastic 3 weeks experience from Perth to Broome . The Cab / rooftent principle is great as it is bigger than just a rooftent on top of a 4WD. I strongly recommend Broome & Beyond for their clear services and pricing.

Fantastic Service. Unbelievable vehicle - Mighty Toyota took us 6,700Kms in 13 days and never missed a beat. 600kms full 4WD with lowered tyre pressures on sand, mud, creeks - it didn't matter. What a vehicle and super comfy too. Trayon was perfect for 2 of us in separate beds, did the job. Can't wait to go again.

We hired a Toyota Hilux with a Trayon from Broome and beyond for 3 weeks in May. We had a great trip traveling from Broome to Darwin via the Gibb River Road. A real 4WD adventure! The combined car and camper was perfect - taking us everywhere we wanted to go. We felt well equipped and comfortable, and Brendan and Tracey were super helpful.

After a great experience hiring a camper from Broome & Beyond to travel through the east Kimberley in May (ex-Darwin), we hired from them again for our recent west Kimberley adventure (ex-Broome). Another fantastic trip and excellent service from start to finish from the Broome & Beyond team. We hired a 78 Land Cruiser troopy for our May trip and an Isuzu Tray-on for our recent trip. Both great vehicles, well maintained and fitted out with everything you need. Would definitely go through Broome & Beyond again!

We had a fabulous 10 days in a Toyota Hilux Trayon tripping around the NT national parks! The vehicle was in great condition and very capable. All camping equipment was supplied. Our correspondence and interactions with the Broome and Beyond Team were all very professional and helpful. We will definitely book with Broome and Beyond again for our next outdoor adventure.

Wow Wow Wow, My husband and I have just spent the last 4 weeks traveling from Perth to Broome. We had the most wonderful adventures and saw some pretty amazing sights that WA has on offer. We could not have done it so smoothly without the assistance of our little camper from Broome & Beyond. Tracey and Brendan went over and beyond to make our holiday an exceptional experience (right down to booking a taxi for us at the end of our trip). The vehicle was almost new and our Trayon was way roomier than what we expected, easy to put up and down and not too big to park. We just has an awesome 10 days on the Gibb with a Isuzu dual cab Ute with roof top tent from Broome and beyond. The car didn't miss a beat on this rough track! Everything is supplied, linen, Engel fridge, epirb etc. The service of Dan, Tracey And Don was excellent. I highly recimmend them !!

We hired a Toyota Hilux with a rooftop tent from Broome & Beyond for 2 months and drove from Perth to Darwin including the Gibb Road and The Bungle Bungles. If we could, we would give more stars. We have never been so satisfied with a rental company: - Super fast service and feedback on questions at any time - Very quick help and support when we had a flat tyre. The bill was paid directly by Broome & Beyond, thanks to the insurance we chose - Very new and reliable vehicle with only around 8'000 km when we took it over - Everything was super clean when we picked it up, the vehicle was like new and everything was explained in detail. For example, headlamps were also included, super cooking utensils, sharp knives, large water tank, etc. The bed was also comfortable. - Any questions were also clarified in advance. - The vehicle is perfectly equipped for difficult 4x4 routes in the outback. - Thanks to the large 100-litre diesel tank, we were able to drive long distances without any problems. We would rent a vehicle here again at any time. Thank you for this amazing adventure!!

My husband & I, both seniors, hired a Hilux dual cab with rooftop tent & Trayon for 3 weeks to do the Gibb River Rd. We found the company to be honest & helpful & the almost new vehicle was capable & well set up for the trip. Our experience was amazing & am already planning the next adventure & would not hesitate to use Broome & Beyond or WA Experts, as they're also known. We had travel insurance so took basic cover with this company which saved us money but with lots of side trips to gorges on non gazetted roads realised we had no cover on these tracks which we would have had with companies own insurance, so something to consider when booking. Also everything on trayon is quite high to reach, lights, see in fridge,so helpful to have some small folding steps with you. Thank you Broome & Beyond for your timely responses to all my emails, for the amazing, well set up & comfortable hire vehicle & tent, your helpful pleasant staff & for your rapid return of my bond, it was back in my account the following day. Advise to renters, respect what you've hired belongs to someone else & return in good clean condition.

We rent a Toyota Hilux with twin RTT from Broome & Beyond in December 2023. From the very beginning of the rental procedure Brendan and Tracey have been extremely friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of suggestions and advices. We were provided with all the items we could need during our trip.The vehicle and all the material was in excellent conditions, so that we could relax and enjoy the holidays. We can only recommend you Broome & Beyond!

Highly recommend these guys! They have you sorted from the get go! Great communication and everything you need + more with the camper. Our 4x4 Dualcab pop up camper had plenty of space for the 3 adults, and was very comfortable for the long drives down the coast. Car was in great condition, and of course the customer service is gold standard. Not usually the camper type, but would definitely do this again! Thanks guys for a great experience!

We rented a Hilux Trayon from Broome and Beyond for 4 weeks and travelled through Western Australia. The truck was excellent - we could go anyplace - the roof top tent was easy to setup and all little things you need out in the bush were available. A little issue withbthe stove was fixed by the firm in record time. Tracey and Brandon are great. They were so friendly and helpful that we rather felt like friends than customers. To cut it short. When you are looking for a 4WD truck to travel through WA Broome and Beyond are the perfect provider!

The best thing about Christmas isn't the fat red man, the imaginary God.... or the ample beer consumption.... no.... it's renting a 70 series landcruiser from Broome and Beyond. For me, it has become a ritual. Brendan and his fabulous team have equipped these indestructible vehicles with all you need for your own adventure into the Australian Bush. This year we headed up to Exmouth. Stopping off at Trisel beach we saw Green turtles struggling against the waves as they made their way up a moonlit beach to lay their eggs. No one else was there; half a dozen majestic reptiles, us, and a fabulous manual land cruiser with a fridge full of cold beer. Thanks Brendan, you are the real Santa.

We had a great holiday driving from Broome to Perth , everything was spot on with the 4WD ,even all its accessories and equipment. Would not hesitate hiring from these guys again , Brendon and Tracy were unreal and easy to deal with making the whole experience so much better. We read the negative reviews about all the other "big" rental companies and decided to go with Broome & Beyond and weren't disappointed. Everything is clear as advertised and we weren't facing any additional costs for various things. Unlimited mileage, driving on the beach with a 4WD incl. compressor to adapt the tyre pressure, bed linens and towels provided, fully equipped kitchen and everything. The even gave us a mobile toilet. The campervan with the TrayOn system (the fold-up tent covers the bed + kitchen + living room) was awesome and you can hide inside in cold, windy or rainy weather. Upon return, they only did a quick check and were not nitpicking and fully refunded the security deposit. The staff was ver helpful in explainin everything and very responsive with questions and problems. Would rent again 👍🏽

We drove and camped from Darwin to Broome in blistering 39 degree September heat. What an exhilirating awe inspiring experience - the sheer beauty of Nitmiluk, the dazzling gold honeycomb of Purnululu, and the majesty of the gorges and swimming holes along the Gibb. Thanks to Broome and Beyond the 4 wd Hilux Trayon campers worked very well, the cars handled the rugged terrain easily and sleeping under the stars was a treat. Being able to sit inside the camper, have a cup of tea and read our books after a big day of walking or driving was a real bonus. B and B were very responsive and helpful on the odd occasion we needed them. Thoroughly recommended

We were very happy with our experience with this firm. We originally booked a 4WD camper-van for a trip to the Kimberley in 2021- that had to be deferred to 2022. Just finished 27 days in the van along the GRR and then on the black top back to Broome. Everything was ship shape: picked up the vehicle, bought our food and then off on our adventure. Everything was there and worked well! We found everyone we dealt with from booking to picking the van up and return very professional, responsive and helpful. Don at Broome was a delight to deal with and went out of his way to assist. I would recommend this firm.

Great guys to rent a vehicle from! Handover and drop off was uncomplicated and smooth. You get all the information you need! (Broome to Perth) We were on and off the road with the camper for almost 3 weeks and never had an issue. The communication with Brendan and Tracey via text message is easy and fast. Really kind and helpful guys! We even got some great recommendations for activities after our rental period was over! They go the extra mile so you can too!

Great service, top 4WD! Wij raden iedereen aan die in West- en Noord- Australië nood heeft aan een 4WD met rooftoptent, keuken, douche en zonnepaneel op bij Brendan & Tracey te huren. We hebben een maand rond getoerd zonder problemen, ook in de outback. Communicatie was heel goed. De tent is groot, je hebt genoeg plaats aan de keuken, je kan de gaskookplaat ook gemakkelijk buiten koppelen, de ijskast is heel ruim, de wc is gemakkelijk en kan je goed wegbergen. De tent is op 5 min opgesteld en op minder dan 10 terug ingeklapt. Er is voldoende plaats om je kleren en ander gerief op te bergen. Er is voldoende keukengerei en gereedschap, stoelen, tafel…. En als je iets extra nodig hebt… just ask Brendan. Wij komen terug en huren dan zeker weten hier weer onze jeep.

What an epic WA trip! Our family (2 adults and one child) hired a Trayon 4WD camper from Broome & Beyond, for 7 weeks. From the very start Brendan and Tracey were responsive and helpful. When we picked the camper up they gave us an extensive training session, including 4WDing advice and how to set up the camper (so good to have a rental that you can go 4WDing with!). The camper came with everything we needed - cutlery, pots+pans, bedding, emergency locator, a handheld CB radio, tyre deflator+pump, plus much more. The camper had a solar panel on the roof, combined with a dedicated battery, which powered the fridge, lights, and even USB charging points. We ordered a cassette toilet (extra) so we could be totally off-grid. Brendan and Tracey were responsive through Whatsapp, email, and SMS. When we had a minor mishap with damage to the camper Brendan organised a fix right away, in the town we were staying. Brendan is a legend, really knows his stuff! We couldn't be happier with the service and vehicle we had from Broome & Beyond - recommend 100% - wish we were still travelling around in it :)

Wij zijn met z’n vieren begonnen in Perth. Daar werden we goed op weg geholpen. De hele westkust afgereden naar Darwin, inclusief de Gibb en de Bungles in 5 weken tijd. Brandon was altijd snel met het beantwoorden van onze vragen. Voor een gezin van vier was het een prima rooftop. Al is er natuurlijk weinig opbergruimte en kun je niet met z’n vieren binnen zitten.

Went to look at the campers as doing the Gibb River road next year. Lovely helpful staff with great vehicles with everything you need for a trip on the Gibb. We have since booked and excited looking forward to next year. I will say it's very expensive but it's what you have to pay if you want to do it. We did get a discount think cos it's 21 days.

I travelled solo in a 4wd camper from Darwin, through Kakadu, Nitmiluk, Mataranka and south to Alice and Uluṟu & Kata Tjuka. A fabulous trip. The camper was perfectly equipped and it was manageable to put up and down by myself. Such an amazing part of our beautiful country. The team at Broome and Beyond have been fabulous. Working with me through border closures and rearranging of schedules. Brendan, Tracey and John were all very friendly and helpful.
